Local resident of Cold Lake since 1988 and artist in many different mediums such as graphite drawing, charcoal and painting (to name a few) I have always wanted to share art & beauty to people around me. SELF TAUGHT in creating these edible treasures, it all started when I wanted to create something unique for my daughter’s 4th birthday.
Turns out that it became a passion and I have created desserts for other special events where I wanted to share these edible & beautiful works of art!

How it’s made
Why is this dessert so special & unique?
Each flowers are made ONE PETAL at a time. To do this I use syringes & special needles that are filled with the tasty gelatin mixture injected to create each edible unique masterpiece.
The possibilities are endless!
The Creations are beautiful, tasty and as unique as snowflakes.

I require a 50% none refundable deposit of the total amount at the time of ordering.
The rest is to be paid at the time you are to receive your order.
CASH or ETRANSFER are accepted.

Desserts are available to be picked up any day

you can meet me at the Thursday Cold Lake Farmers’ Market.
Delivery:
Free delivery anywhere in Cold Lake and within 20km of Cold Lake including Cherry Grove, Riverhurst and Ardmore.
Deliveries out of the local area are subject to added fees.
